MHM Othisis Group is a company, founded in 2004 by Nikolaos Daskalakis and Konstantinos Hristoforakis, and took its current form in the first months of 2005 as a result of specific strategic changes.
MHM Othisis Trading is an emerging and fast-growing company founded in 2016 by Nikolaos Daskalakis and Sheikh Manna Bin Haser Al Maktoum as part of MHM Group and as a member of OCG Group 3.
WHERE WE WORK
The group has already strongly participated in regional development through the completion of touristic infrastructure projects, cooperating with companies that share the same vision with MHM Othisis Group and trust the high-quality services that the group offers.
Specifically, projects and trading in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Austria, France, Germany, Cyprus, India, and seventy (70) other regions undertaken by MHM Othisis Group have either been successfully completed or are currently in progress. These projects have received funding either from programs developed by the European Union or from equity provided by banking or private funds.
MHM Othisis Group operates in multiple fields, including the construction industry, undertaking activities of any size; the consulting field, offering high-quality consulting services in economic and strategic management and marketing; and general trading. The group has already formed strategic alliances with large companies in Greece and around the world.
The main industries in which it currently operates and specializes are tourism, renewable energy sources, recycling, logistics and supply chain management, real estate, and general trading.

The MHM Othisis Group invests in projects with identified deliverables and exist. Concessions, Private Public Partnership, Private Financed Initiatives, private placements are designed for each transaction.
The Company due diligence review and Critical Success Factors (CSF) audit had been concluded in producing the self financed concession model; which comprehensively constitute an added value solution for the sovereign / private clients.
